For instance, if your grandparent had colon cancer, you have a slightly raised risk to have colon cancer yourself too. Your best bet here is to have a lot of calcium in your diet.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In case of other ailments, like cardiovascular disease risk, your best bet is exercise.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;How to protect yourself from mental diseases&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You need Omega 3 oil pills, you can take many of them a day, but be sure to keep a balance with Omega 6 and Omega 9 oils, so take pills of them too. Also, take Vitamin C, many grams a day and eat a lot of bananas (they have serotonin, but you have to eat quite many of them, a box of bananas provides as much serotonin as a pill like Paxil). Humanistic psychology (you have to boost your self esteem, start by accepting yourself, which is self-confidence), cognitive-behavioral psychology (basically, when having detrimental thought, you ask youself "Is this thinking correct, or I just misjudge the situation?"), suggestion (e.g. you repeat to your self "I can do that, I will do it" or "I am that person, I am clever, I am not lazy" etc.), reassurance (you just reassure yourself in times of crises) and manipulation of the environment (e.g. I don't want to sleep before 24:00, so I put magazines and books on bed to prevent me from getting in bed to sleep) are handy here. You can also try psychoanalysis (this is the work of one of the founders of psychology, Sigmund Freud), where you recall your life's traumas and face them, but this process takes time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;Natural nutrition&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Eat healthy, be healthy, be beautiful.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;How to do it: be sure to take your vitamin/mineral/herb/protein supplements. That is, every first day, eat every kind of food, from every food group, as much as you can, but avoid sugar, artificial sweeteners and artificial preservatives in your food. Just avoid these detrimental nutrients.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Instead of using artificial sweeteners, use honey, milk, fruit juices or tomato juice to sweeten food.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;Red meat, food to avoid&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Red meat stays in your stomach for several days, after being eaten, requires a lot of energy to be digested, it's carcinogenic agent, it's full of fat and hormones too. Better avoid it, substitute it with eggs and milk (milk too is full of ormones, but it fairs better than red meat) or soy milk or soy meat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;Smoking substitutes&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You want to smoke, but not smoking too? Easy, now it is possible.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Right now, right here, there is one smoking substitute readily available and this is electronic cigarettes. They provide with nicotine to the body and even produce smoke! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;How to drink alcohol without becoming alcoholic&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Both beer and red wine have nutrients in them that are of high value to your body.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But drinking them may result at you becoming alcoholic and if you become one, you will not be able to do much and become a super model. After doing these exercises, immediately when you go home, stretch your feet, this is very important.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Eventually, the muscles of your body will hold your extra height and your bones will become thicker and wider, so your extra height will be permanent, but naturally you should exercise forever in order to maintain your tallish height.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You can change your clothing to make yourself look taller. Wear black clothes, with vertical lines, avoid wearing belt or hide it under your clothes and for upper body clothes, opt for clothing that has a V around the neck visible at all times. Buy one of those exercise small machines for exercising of the palms and do its exercises too.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;At exercise, meditate on your exercises (concentrate on the muscles that you exercise). Remember to breath in from your nose when your relax your muscles, during exercise and to breath out when you tense your muscles. After exercising, massage your exercising muscles to speed up recovery by removing detrimental chemicals in the muscles.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Exercising makes you sweating, which removes toxins from your body (skin is the "second liver"). Sweating also removes beneficial chemicals from your body, so make sure that you drink a glass of water after exercising to restore your electrolytes back to balance.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There is a very well known secret when it comes to exercising. Whatever muscle growth you get is yours forever. It's called muscle memory and it means that even if you stop exercising for some time and you lose your gains, next time you start exercising again, you will quickly regain your gains.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There is another one secret. The more you exercise, the easier it will get. Later on, it will be a piece of cake to exercise like a super human.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Be sure to listen to loud music while exercising, opt for fast up beat music or songs. The reason behind this lies in classic conditioning and helps you to exercise more intensely. Also, use operant conditioning to aid you exercising more intensely; for instance, every time after finishing exercising give yourself a treat. This works very well with running. Simply you will run faster to go get your treat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;Developing an incredible stamina&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Exercise as intense as I tell you, and in three to six months time, you will have an incredible stamina. Exercise will be a piece of cake for you then.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;Body building supplements&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Besides protein shakes, your best bets here are coffee, chocolate, alcohol (but not much), taurine (found in soft drinks), creatine and oral human growth hormone.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;Burning fat substances&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You need coffee, cocoa, green tea (4 cups a day), buffered aspirin and lemon juice drinks, drink them and they will burn you fat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;Developing a natural strong jawline&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To create a strong jawline, all you need is... sneezing! Logical fallacies is when we support an argument with mistaken facts, for instance, "John is good, because he is a policeman and all policemen are good." (appeal to popularity). Cognitive distortions, cognitive biases and logical fallacies is a very large subject that will be analysed in detail in a different edition of this book.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;Appeal to logic vs appeal to emotion&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Some people trust their logic more than their feelings (more men than women are like this), other people trust their feelings more than their logic (more women than men are like this). Should you appeal to logic or to emotion when trying to persuade? Don't be fooled and combine the two!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;Laws of attraction&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yes, that's right, how to attract people!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When it comes to relationships the following four factors are the most important: similarity, familiarity, reciprocal liking, sexual attraction (if the relationship is romantic). The rest of the important factors are beauty, complementarity, proximity, social rewards, competence, money, similar goals, good communication and abstinence from cheating.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Other factors are trust/commitment to exist between the two, similar career, respect/admiration, lack of unwarranted advice.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Also, women want from men the following: power, status, self esteem, money (financial stability), big size (e.g. height, although women do not care about height if men are at least the same height like them), well-mannered, exciting personality, intelligence and ambition. If you have a good understanding of psychology and sociology in general and of other non physical sciences you can know pretty much about anything about that person.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You will also need an understanding of personality disorders (as much as 1 out of 10 persons has a personality disorder), neurotic and psychotic disorders in order to understand people the best.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;Understanding people based on their facial characteristics&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Believe it or not, facial features on a person affect its personality. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is based on the fact that people treat persons a certain way and this influences the way they behave and people also treat people on the way they perceive them, so they also treat them on the way they look.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now, back to the point. Feminine facial characteristics on a person, denote a person with an agreeable personality. Strong jawline, small eyes and big nose on a person, denote an aggressive person.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;Understanding people from their past&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Study people's past and you can see how the behave and react to situations.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Although, it doesn't necessarily mean that they will behave the same in similar situation, nonetheless people's past is a good indication of how they will behave in the present and in the future.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;Understanding people with social engineering, also known as hot reading&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Simply, get information for the person for which you want to know information from other people.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;Understanding people with cold reading and warm reading&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;These are methods often employed by mentalists. Now, I am sure that you have a permanent job and a big bank account, but why not make money for free and use that money to support your efforts?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;All you have to do is to register for a charity organisation. Buy yourself a printer/scanner that is also a photocopy machine (these machines are readily available and are cheap to buy). Now, write a document that explains what your charity is about, print a lot of copies and go give them to people for 3 cents. A cent of every these 3 cents goes to your charity, one cent goes to the charity running costs and the last cent to your pocket. Find the weaknesses and strengths of each personality and find what each personality wants. Rebecca is sad and lonely and still she has to do a presentation on the Civil War next day at the kindergarten. Bored, she decides to go down to the garage and play with whatever there is over there. Among the various things, she discover a magical Polaroid camera that brings to life any picture taken with it. She takes a picture of a Civil War book and small people come to life, fight the civil war and tell her valuable stories of the Civil War. She writes everything she has learned and next day, to the surprise of her teacher, who knew that Rebecca didn't prepare, Rebecca does a marvelous presentation, gets an A and makes her mother proud. But the magical Polaroid vanishes and a note informs her that the camera will now go to another kid to educate it on another precious history subject.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Title: Doggy Fog and the spirit of Christmas&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Summary: Doggy Fog has argued with his relatives over who is going to cook the Christmas cake, he misbehaved and now he is all alone in Christmas day, as none of his relatives invited him over to Christmas dinner. Not knowing how to pass his holidays, after reading an ad on the newspaper on volunteering for homeless people on Christmas day, he decides to volunteer for the organization for the homeless where he learns a precious lesson, asks forgiveness from his family and reunites with them in the evening.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Title: Touched by an angel&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Summary: Little Rossana returns from school holidays to learn that her mother is very sick from a sudden disease, she's at her death bed, waiting to die and little Rossana is getting depressed about it. She refuses eating, bathing, even going to the toilet. However, in the night she has a beautiful dream, where an angel tells her, that her mother will get well again if Rossana does something wonderous of great value. Little Rossana believes the dream and tries all sorts of things, only to find out that she is too little and incapable of doing much and she give ups. Later on, sitting on the pavement crying, she finds on the street a hurt dog and forgetting about the angel's promise, she kindly treats its wounds and then a miracle happens, her mother rise up from her death bed looking for little Rossana, hugs her and pulls her on the air kissing her and telling her how much she loves her.
